We have purchased several items from Chair King in McKinney over several years. We have always been so pleased with the quality of furniture but also the help we received in getting just the right items for our outdoor living. We appreciate the wonderful help Daron offered us through the whole process of purchasing our furniture. We are so pleased and happily satisfied with the whole experience!!
I shopped in the Pearland, Texas location and I wanted to make a shout out to Darlene, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, she was kind. She allowed me to explore the store and did not pressure me. She gave me space to look around and was there when I had a question. She was fair with the pricing and did everything she could to make me happy and to make this a smooth experience. Thank you Darlene.
Loved the furniture, but disappointed with follow-up when we had a problem. Spent a fortune, several months later “dings” chips appearing on the edge of a small, $500 table. Called the store, directed to get a paint pin at Home Depot ( which they don’t carry in stock.) Expected better customer service after spending thousands of dollars.
