They deliver our furniture on time and with out any issue. The team was courteous and fast.
They have a great selection and a wide range of pricing based on various budgets. The salesman was extremely helpful in helping with our selections and delivering the pricing to us. They’re also very flexible about Delivery because we haven’t finished our outdoor project yet so we can’t take Delivery for another four weeks or so.
Great customer service
My experience has been subpar at best. First, the set I wanted they had to back order it. So i elected for the curved version as I didn't want to wait. Of course the side tables are back ordered. I got 15% off i guess thats the good part but i dont feel like i got great deal. Had to get the floor model of the umbrella to get the color i wanted. So already not super satisfied. Then the delivery day comes and the cushions are dirty, they delivered the wrong one so now i have a set with one missing piece. All these small things... read more
The quality & craftsmanship of the Swivel Rockers and Firepit we purchased are outstanding. So much better than furniture we recently bought elsewhere that we had to return due to its poor quality. The patio furniture we purchased at our former home was also from Chair King, and it was also excellent. So, now we know... don't buy from anywhere but Chair King.
