Ben at Chainsmith worked a miracle on my older specialised road bike. It’s a fairly high end bike but has ALWAYS had very stiff left shifters. Multiple bike shops have tried to help, to no avail. But once Ben worked his magic, the shifting is like a dream! I’ve just upgraded the wheels as well and this bike has now become my favourite :)
