New bike day! How lucky am I, its not everyday!! The Chainsmith team.kept their smiles while I asked them to change set ups for a better fit. Ali,.Dave and Ben.are like besties.
Hands down the best bike shop in Sydney. So many things to love about the team and the shop. I recently underwent a bike fit with Dave with my new SL8. Post the bike fit, i'm smashing so much more power out, and feeling more comfortable too. Dave has a deep knowledge of the biomechanics of cycling and the shop has invested in the tools necessary to match that to your bike. If I could give six stars I would. Excellent communication from the team at Chainsmith, I have been purchasing accessories for my road bike (I live outside of New South Wales), quick to respond, great recommendations and explanations on variations regarding the same product e.g. differences between 6K and UD carbon layups. Very cool packaging and fun bonus items too (see image). If I lived in Sydney, this would be my local bike shop.
Great service ..my bike is working like new again! Thanks to Chainsmith!
