Great service and integrity ! I thought I needed 5 new spokes but they told be I just needed new end caps. They gave them to me at no charge so I could install them myself. Personalized, efficient and welcoming experience! I stopped in with a problem with my pedals (walked the bike in). Darrin was terrific. Grabbed my bike and fixed it on the spot. It was an easy fix form him (but a big problem for me!) and said "no charge" for his time or effort. To be clear my bike was not purchased there and I was not a previous customer -- he just helped a guy with a problem because he cared. I'll be going back. Thanks Darrin! Mark
