so happy with my experience here. got my road bike not too long ago and thought i had gear problems so i biked all the way to chainline… turns out i didn’t actually know how to change gears. thank you tavo for teaching me how to ride a bike lol
We recently visited this cycle shop in Kelowna with my 14-year-old grandson to get new bike tires. The team there did an exceptional job! They made sure everything was perfect, even addressing a misunderstanding with some changes they made—with my grandson's permission. The staff handled it all with professionalism and ensured we were completely satisfied.
