I brought my bike to check how much it will cost to repair. The guy told me if I leave my bike, he can assess tomorrow and text me how much will it be before doing the work. After I heard the price, I told him no repair is needed since I can buy a new bicycle with repair cost. However, he did the temporary repair without my confirmation and charged me the repair cost.
