Loren is amazing! He listens and provides applicable feedback catered to your situation. He also provides explanations to help you learn how to take care of your body while he is not around.
Loren was excellent! I was having a hip flexor issue and he was able to expertly loosen the area before a major athletic competition. During the competition, I didn't experience any setbacks, and my team won the silver medal! Highly recommended.
