We recently bought 2 bikes from Chain Reaction and couldn't be happier with the service all round. We have previously bought bikes here as well. Craig really looked after us, making sure he gave us a great deal and that the kids were happy. Highly recommend

Not possible do 0.5 increments but my score is 4.5 stars for my recent bike service. This was the bike I purchased from my first job. It was rusting away in the shed but somehow I never wanted to part with it. Andrew took the time to give me advice and suggestions on restoring to as close to original as possible and at a reasonable price. Andrew stripped the frame of parts to allow me as much time as I needed to restore the frame (painting etc.) to my satisfaction. I had 4 weeks before returning it for service.
