I recently required some servicing to my sons bicycle and my walking frame as I have mobility issues. The staff at Chain Reaction Cronulla were brilliant. I was parked out the front, rang them, and they collected my sons bike and my walking frame from the boot without hesitation. I left the staff to service my sons bike and to service my walking frame as the brakes had stopped working. I've recently purchased a Wombat Cargo Bike from the Guys ar Chain Reaction Cronulla. Could not be more pleased with their service during the purchase process and than assembly of the bike. These guys really do put in the Extra effort. I'm genuinely impressed... fully recommend.
Great customer service from Craig in firstly very promptly getting my new Kalkhoff e-bike in and then thoroughly checking everything, including NSW government certification and then handover all within 5 days. Very impressive ; Craig and his team Andrew and Scott made sure I was a happy customer.
