I've recently purchased a Wombat Cargo Bike from the Guys ar Chain Reaction Cronulla. Could not be more pleased with their service during the purchase process and than assembly of the bike. These guys really do put in the Extra effort. I'm genuinely impressed... fully recommend.
Great customer service from Craig in firstly very promptly getting my new Kalkhoff e-bike in and then thoroughly checking everything, including NSW government certification and then handover all within 5 days. Very impressive ; Craig and his team Andrew and Scott made sure I was a happy customer.

Great shop my son came in with a broken rim and they replaced it within 10 minutes .
Best bike shop in Sydney, great customer engagement, knowledge, speed and attention to detail from Andrew for my fussy modern classic bicycle needs (more than rare in Sydney). Highly recommended!
