Since Chain Reaction first opened in 2000, we have helped thousands of cyclists achieve their cycling needs and dreams. We support the biking community through events, trail building, rides, seminars and athlete support. Our friendly, helpful staff all ride, from the commuter, the road rider, trail, downhill and BMX. We all have one thing in common, we love bikes and want to help you enjoy them as much as possible.

Had an issue with a new rear derailleur I’d purchased for diy and they replaced and fitted it for me no fuss and gave me some good advice on the bike at the same time. Excellent people.
The staff here were super helpful and got me out of a bit of a bind. I’m bikepacking through and they got me back on the road quick.
Went in looking for a do it all hardtail and the person who helped me out was super onto it, ended up offering me a great deal that included them swapping over the tyres to tubeless at no extra cost. Really happy with the bike and the service.
