Currently the best service I have ever had at a bike shop. Stuff is friendly, willing to help!!! Big shout out to Amber, really appreciate her energy and support for finding parts and getting quotes. Would definitely recommend this shop to all the cyclists!!!
These guys are on to it. Wanted some parts for a bike project restore. Contacted Bikes shops locally waste of time, unavailable, not interested, too hard. Contacted the guys at Chain Reaction no problem, can do parts are on the way., they understand the words, good customer service which is a magnet for customer loyalty. Highly recommended. A+++.
Just arrived from USA, had issue with my gravel bike rear mech hanger. The boys were quite nice and quickly helped me with the fix. Matt was kind enough to update me on local bike routes. Walked my broken bike to the shop and rode it home! All good! Will go back for future needs.
Top notch service and some pretty nice bikes too! August and the workshop crew work on numerous bikes for me, they always do a great job and offer sage advice on maintenance, mods and upgrades. Chain Reaction offer surprisingly competitive prices meaning I can support my local independent bike shop without being out of pocket which is quite unusual. Only issue is the temptation having to walk past all the nice new bikes to get to the workshop!!
This is why people need to support local bike shops! Great range and selection but incredible service from Matt who took his time late in the day on a Friday to setup a ride for us out of towners on Strava. Well above and beyond the call of duty ! Fantastic ride that was way better than what we could have found without the local touch. Thanks Chain Reaction and Matt bike shops run by biking enthusiasts you can’t beat.
