Based on my experiences with 2 of the OWNERS, Chagrin Pet & Garden Supply is not a good place to spend your money. I needed to replace one of my larger Stihl chainsaws so I called some of the area dealerships. I got a great price from one dealer who is over an hour away so I stopped in Chagrin Pet & Garden Supply to see if they'd match the price. Really nice people!!! I bought and returned two tractors until I ended up with what I needed. I grew up in Beachwood and moved to Chagrin Falls and somehow wound up with horses! Never owning land before Ted the owner came over and helped me with all of my purchases from my Stihl Chainsaw, Walk behind leaf blower, tractor, and most recently my bid daddy log splitter!
