Bad business practice I would not do business with this credit union
Upon having an awful experience with Grace Linn at the Upland branch I tried to get assistance from my more local location and spoke with the Branch manager who was a seemingly nice gentleman. I wish that he had passed on more of the training he seemed to have to other team members but unfortunately this ONE branch manager cannot fix the terrible experience with Chaffey on obtaining a car loan. They truly treated me as if I was a random teenager with no credit or paid off history with them trying to buy my first car, this wa... read more
