I had high hopes for this credit union; sadly, they are a disappointment. They offer terrible customer service with absolutely zero guardrails to protect customers from fraud. The staff are also incredibly unempathetic to the concerns and needs of the community they supposedly serve Not recommended. Too corporate-minded Chaffey, train your employees!
