I retained this firm to handle a straightforward traffic violation matter for a flat fee of $500. Throughout the process, there was no communication from the attorney assigned to my case, Albert Fox, Esq. Despite multiple requests for communication, no attorney contacted me until I made repeated follow-up calls the weeks leading up to the hearing. Albert Fox did a wonderful job. Professional, knowledgeable and effective; acheived results beyond what I had hoped.
Mr. Carignan successfully had my ticket dismissed without fines due or points assessed.
The attorney I had from Chadwick, Spenensley and Fox had no clue how to represent me during a divorce. I was asking questions were my so called representive not only didn't have the answer for them but ignored my concerns. She pulled herself as my attorney during the divorce proceedings leaving me to defend for myself and for two small children as well. This law firm gives lawyers a bad name and I suggest you look elsewhere. Because they aren't for the people.
Mr. Spensley did a very good job, will never regret hiring him, very knowledgeable and communicable, if you need help with a problem just call him, he is very easy to reach.
