Companies are supposed to tarp their loads, but this truck heading south on 35 coming into Ankeny has a whole load of sand and the sand is just blowing everywhere out of his trailer and smacking vehicles but yet these companies want to claim they’re not responsible for damage to nothing when no loads are tarped

On highway I-35 South just north of Huxley one of there trucks was dropping rock everywhere we tried to let him know and he tried to swerve and hit us he also was over 80 mph. He Ruined the vehicle to be honest. We called the owner and he has no regard for anyone on the road, we told him about it messing the vehicle up and he said okay and that he won’t be doing anything for it. Let us go down I 80 east with a truck load of sand at 513 PM on Wed Aug 30 and sand blast all the cars behind me! Owner does not care or respond to phone calls and text messages (he said in his Voice Mail to text him). What a way to treat his fellow Iowans with a free sand blast of their paint! Owner I am sure will not respond or care!
