Found out about Chad through reddit- truly couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, but also kind and friendly. We are first time homebuyers so didn't have any experience but Chad helped guide us through smoothly. Truly can't rate him high enough.
Chad was fantastic. He went above and beyond what his duties would normally entail. I am on disability due to a brain injury, so qualifying for a mortgage is very difficult for someone in my position. He spoke with many people on my behalf and calmly and clearly helped me understand the proceedings and the outcomes of my decisions before I made them.
