Chad is the best of the best. We had our first conversation with him ten years before we finally bought our first home! Throughout this journey, he was always super responsive, helpful and patient with us. He also understands the "people" side of things really and was very reassuring when I thought we were being difficult clients. (Apparently we weren't!) Anyway, I highly recommend Chad Watts!.

Chad was amazing. I'm glad I was referred to him by a friend. He was so thorough, so patient, took care of everything, had workarounds, etc. He is also so knowledgeable about the mortgage / interest rate market but also real estate market and trends, history, etc. which helps make decisions. He's very good at explaining everything and ensuring best decisions are made. Would definitely recommend Chad to everyone.
