Chad and his team have been extremely helpful in assisting me and my business. I am very pleased with his services, and his professionalism and knowledge.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our accountant was Ashley and she repeatedly did not answer phone calls or emails. We would have to call everyday for about a week to even get a reply from her. She was unclear about the the price of service so we were very surprised when we received our bill in the mail. When we called (again numerous times) to talk about it she said she would talk to Chad (the owner). Months go by with no word from either Ashley or Chad.
