I have trained in martial arts for the better part of 20 years and I can confidently say Chad Shepherd is the best instructor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is able to break down the material and instruct it clearly and confidently. He cares about each one of his students and works hard to help them achieve their goals. He is especially good with children. My son, my Father and my nephew have all trained under him and had the same experience as I have.
My son has been with Chad for many years and has followed him to his new school due to his mentorship and skillset. Chad is a true leader and cares about your kids and treats him as family . I highly recommend this academy. This is not your typical academy . It is small enough to get the true one on one instruction that is needed. Beyond the skills Chad teaches them life values that have really helped emotionally prepare my son !
Chad is an excellent teacher- he takes time to ensure each child is progressing in the lessons. Many other options are out there for MMA but Chad’s classes are the best investment of your time and money. His dedication to the class is evident at each meeting. He balances fun and diligence so the kids pick up on skills necessary to improve in each focus area. This academy is well worth the investment!!
Chad is definitely the best martial arts instructors out there. He understands how to speak with kids (and adults) to really get them excited to learn. On top of that the students learn more than martial arts and how to protect themselves. They learn how to manage and resolve conflict. My son always enjoys his classes.
I have three kids who attend classes, it is such a great community and they have learned valuable leadership skills. Chad has worked with my oldest son for the last 10 years in two different locations. I would definitely recommend this program for any child that needs direction, confidence boost or just a great class to attend.
