Chad Shepherd is the best, by far. I can't recommend enough. My son has trained with him for years even before opening his own Academy. I'm so grateful for the ways my son has already grown and will continue to grow. I couldn't be happier.

Chad runs a professional, well-balanced program and is highly qualified in the martial arts he teaches. While the academy is primarily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it’s also a great place to learn self-defense, Judo, and Muay Thai. I’ve struggled with weight, stress, and discipline, and Chad has helped me better recognize those challenges, stay accountable, and keep pushing forward. Chad is definitely the best martial arts instructors out there. He understands how to speak with kids (and adults) to really get them excited to learn. On top of that the students learn more than martial arts and how to protect themselves. They learn how to manage and resolve conflict. My son always enjoys his classes.

I’ve been training here for over a year, and it’s by far the best gym I’ve experienced. I’ve previously trained at Synergy Jiu Jitsu, Apexx MMA, Lincoln Jiu Jitsu, and Ares Jiu Jitsu, but the growth I’ve seen here in both my knowledge and skillset has been on another level.
