I've talk to a couple lenders, and Chad is the best I've found! He is very helpful, and very detailed for a first time home buyer! Anytime you have a question he always answers, and make sure you understand stand everything thing before he hangs up! I will recommend him to everyone looking to buy a house!

I don't know Chad, but I know Rocket Mortgage! They are contantly calling to the point of harassment. Minimum 5 times a day. We've told them to stop. We have never had a late/missed payment.
