Was clear on documentation needed how to submit and timelines. Automated updates at each step in the process was helpful. Chad was able to step in and provide background on some of the confusing requests. Projected settlement statements along the way was helpful in allocating the needed funds to close. A recommendation would be to add a step at the end (right after closing) that takes you through how to make payments on your loan due dates how to look up your balance how excess payments are handled etc.
