I called to ask simple questions and to see how the energy/vibe was. I don’t do business with people that are not pleasant or friendly. Said “Hello and good morning, how are your?” 3 different times no answer each time, “Hello..Hello can you hear me?” “Yes I can.” So I said that I was trying to start of the conversation light and friendly. She scoffed and hung up on me! 👍 great confidence in customer support!
