0/5, very bad experience with ear wax removal service, he doesn’t have the proper instruments, I kept saying that ear is still plugged out, he dismissed it a couple of time. Was in pain and agony for a couple of days, than went to another audiologist, which helped and cleared out the issue. The ear was still blocked and they took out various jammed in earwax knots which he couldn’t see. Apologies to use harsh words but it is what it is.
