Made a purchase 21st October heard nothing so made contact on 20 November to be told no longer available so asked for a refund which I'm still waiting for and it the 24th of December.

Geoff at CH smith marine was a gentleman and very helpful today. I needed a bracket for a gen1 Lowrance fish finder and couldn’t find one anywhere due to its age. Geoff went above and beyond to help me source a bracket that works. Thank you for your excellent customer service and time. I’ll be back when I need any boating needs.
Attended C H Smith Marine today. First thing I stumbled across was lack of parking. No disability parking provided and no ramp or elevator provided. Extremely step staircase to enter and exit the building and no hand rails provided. As a person with crutches Extremely difficult to enter. Swing door not automatic and heavy to open given zi am on cructhes. Once entered I found the shop very dirty looking. A couple of the items I wanted to buy were a VHF radio and a Chat plotter.
