Do not purchase from this business. Our transducer has not arrived after 6 weeks, despite the business indicating it was in stock. They do not return emails or answer their phones. Very disappointing experience and we are now forced to seek recourse through Fair Trading.
Do not buy anything from this store. They take the money, send an invoice and then you won't hear anything. Took me 2 months to get Paypal to refund me. Imagine using a bank!
Shop front scam.... 3 months no product... said would refund ...didn't. Avoid at all cost. Piss poor for an Aussie company.
