I rarely post reviews. I purchased a jersey for my wife for Christmas. She said she would never wear it so I asked the store to exchange it for a different jersey. Said they would only exchange for a different size, not a different jersey. I would have ended up spending more money for another jersey but they refused.. Very poor customer service. Do not buy from this store.
I went in trying to make a return on a final sale purchase I made at the saddledome. Without a question, they exchanged my jersey and helped me find the perfect fit.
