I always call in advance, an hour or more, and today of all days I called at 9 and they said they were on their way and now its 10:06, im late for job orientation, and when I called to check on the time they were rude and said "this is a typical wait time". No it is not, and if you knew you were an hour behind or were going to be late you should have said so on the phone or reached out!
