I called at 5:03am this morning and here it is 6:03am (a hour later) and still no cab. Corporate needs to get involved with this place because the staff is super rude and the drivers be at stores talking to people when they should be getting people to their destination. Just sad and pitiful and Corporate will be definitely getting a call from me!
I will never ride with them again they tried to tell me I didn't pay and then tell me I can't get my refund for my overcharged!!!!! The words I want to say baby!!!!
I am in a wheelchair and use cgcta to get around. Which is an amazing program (if a little too early closing). But the dispatcher needs training in a big way.
Get to dispatch and then started reunion again the it thes through no one is there. They say medical is priority wean they are not
