They did an excellent job repairing a gas line to my Generac power generator and doing my annual maintenance on the Generac. Tech was knowledgeable and took his time to do make sure I like how everything was done. Highly recommended.
We had bought a house with an existing standby generator. I recently called them for some servicing. Everyone from the office staff to the technician who helped, were excellent! I will certainly contact them again when I need servicing and eventually a replacement for our generator!
We have now used CG Professional Services for about 3 years - It seems to me that the Generac System is more sensitive to start problems then it should be - But - we were very pleased with Dave, a technition with CG Professional Services. Our problem is now resolved and we thank CG and Dave in particular.

I’ve been a client of Jerry’s for about four years. He’s been servicing the generator at my home for all this time. About two or three years into it, I started to worry the generator wasn’t actually working. I felt like they were just charging me for visits and never really testing the system.
