I’m very impressed with the customer service at this location, specially with Beth, I went last week to cash a large check that I got from my lawyer and couldn’t deposit to my bank cuz they going to put a hold on my check for 15 days and my friend recommended this place. I've visited a few times and unfortunately, had very unpleasant experiences with an employee named Beth. She was not only rude but also lacked basic customer service skills. I hope she receives proper training, as I would strongly recommend avoiding her!! On a positive note, Lidia has been fantastic. She greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to assist me with my questions about my check. Her customer service was outstanding. That said, I was shocked by the high rates!
