My mother pays her NYCHA rent at this location, and the staff at this location recently LOST her rent money by entering the WRONG NYCHA account into their payment processing system, and now they REFUSE TO FIX THE ERROR THEY MADE! My mom is old and lives in NYCHA (she's poor), AND THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE NERVE TO LOSE HER RENT MONEY BECAUSE THEY MADE A CLERICAL ERROR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT!!
