3/9/3025!…the customer service is terrible and i actually have to report it to someone in a higher office cause this behavior can not keep going on! the worker even had her sister who is not an employee in the store arguing with customers.

The individual that worked on 8/16/23 was very rude and racist she almost refused to provide me services and her customer service skills she provided me with was with arrogance. She was on her cell phone while I waited in line and no other customer was there she asked me what I wanted I told her it's western union picking up funds and she almost refused to provide me services throughout the whole time she was on her cell phone discussing a topic about who should answer her cell phone she's a young individual with no manners ... read more

Super mal servicio Hay una mujer los sábados en la mañana que siempre se le cae el servicio. Una vez para cambiar un cheque no lo pudo hacer por que según ella no estaba funcionando Otra vez para un envío de western union se le cayó el sistema 4 veces y que llevaba todo el día sin funcionar.
