This is my 2nd negative experience, They’re supposed to open by 6:50am according to the sign on the door and It’s 7:02am and they are not open yet. My 1st time coming here they weren’t open on time either.

I wish I was able to give this location zero stars. My son went into the store to purchase a Metrocard, he specifically asked the teller Jose (if that is even his real name), for one that could be used on the Express Bus. The teller reassured him not one, not twice, but three times that the Metrocard would work. The Metrocard did not work and when I returned to location the same day the young lady who was working told my son he had to send it to the MTA. I went inside and she told me there are no refunds. The sign on the door clearly says they open at 6:50am on Monday , I got here at 7:08am which gave them 18 minutes to get situated. However, the door is locked and the girl is inside so she comes to the door and says sorry we won’t be opening until 7:30am cause someone made a mess in here but the mess she’s referring to is a few pieces of paper on the floor. She should’ve just said the truth which is that she was late and running behind this morning and I would’ve respected it.
