I opened my account 2 years ago and I registered on their website. The time of my registration was THE ONE AND ONLY TIME their terrible website allowed me to log in!!! I have tried everything including having them email me a temporary password. Nothing works! I do business online and the awful website this fly by night bank has is crippling my ability to pay and get paid since almost all online payment platforms use Plaid, which needs your bank account login to verify your identity! Crappy banking etiquette and personal service! Stopped mailing me receipts of my monthly check payments on loans.. because they can’t afford a stamp!!?? 2 years now.. 1st 5 years .. no problem! POOR MANAGEMENT! THEN EMAIL ME THE RECEIPTS!! (wow! What a solution ) can’t email you either, because of security issues.. We won’t be banking here much longer..
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have repeatedly placed my debit card on restriction for what they deem "unusual activity" never once bothering to contact me first. My son passed away a month ago. CFS has put multiple restrictions on my account which have required me to make multiple phone calls....left me sitting at a gas station with no way to get gas, rent a hotel, etc. I repeatedly told them I would be traveling. They ignored me. They added so much more stress to an already stressful situation. This is... read more
