Well, I am sorry to see all the poor reviews. I am an old guy, not very good with technology, but I do online banking and have always found the staff very patient and quite helpful.
Had a problem with account number after opening account. Called and was fixed immediately. Manager was awesome. Fantastic service and folks that work there.
This bank is very hard to deal with. They treat their elderly members like they are a problems instead of their clients. The staff in the bank are not friendly. Avoid unnecessary stress and choose a different bank and go elsewhere.
I opened my account 2 years ago and I registered on their website. The time of my registration was THE ONE AND ONLY TIME their terrible website allowed me to log in!!! I have tried everything including having them email me a temporary password. Nothing works! I do business online and the awful website this fly by night bank has is crippling my ability to pay and get paid since almost all online payment platforms use Plaid, which needs your bank account login to verify your identity!
