They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly take the time to understand my financial goals. I always feel confident knowing I’m receiving thoughtful, personalized advice. Their communication and attention to detail are outstanding.
There was no issue for years except for the price for tax preparation kept going up every year. Then last year they mishandled me as a client and did not adhere to the request i made in preparation of my taxes and refused to acknowledge they were in the wrong. Extremely poor customer service as of recent years avoid at all cost now, they do not seem to care about the clients whatsoever and we seem to be just numbers to them.
