There was no issue for years except for the price for tax preparation kept going up every year. Then last year they mishandled me as a client and did not adhere to the request i made in preparation of my taxes and refused to acknowledge they were in the wrong. Extremely poor customer service as of recent years avoid at all cost now, they do not seem to care about the clients whatsoever and we seem to be just numbers to them.
CFS goes above and beyond to take care of their clients. They are professional and pleasant and make the tax process seamless and easy for the client.
