Unfortunately I have to agree with all the recent reviews below. My husband and I started using this company under the previous ownership and were very pleased. This year has been the complete opposite experience. The website says they have open communication and return calls within 24 hours. That is a lie. You have to spam call them to get someone to answer bc they don’t return voicemails or respond to emails. Last year during the merger, I chose not to sign and continue with this firm. Additionally, earlier this year they sent me an email to sign on with them to do business which I didn’t sign because I had moved on to another CPA. I received a letter from them by email stating on my behalf they filed an extension without my permission. I tried calling the office several times and emailing them and I have not heard back from them. Do not use this company!!
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, USE this firm. It is not who it used to be. The people that took over this company will steal your money, DO NOT SIGN ANY papers from them. They are misleading and do not answer the phone calls or return email questions. They want to bill you $300 an hour to ask a question. Then when you try to move to another more responsible company, they do not refund any of your money, even after NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED FOR YOU. That is stealing to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- They do not answer phone calls, emails, they make you sign a NON-REFUNDABLE contract, DRAFT MONEY from your account, then Ghost You. Then want to charge you $300.00 an Hour to ask a simple question. Then when you ask for a refund for "NO SERVICE PROVIDED". They say, "No", Non-Refundable. They STOLE $1,000.00 from me. Not user friendly, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They’re under new management and the fee for my small business taxes doubled to $1500. In addition, they wanted $300 to produce previous tax returns.
