Zara Linares is an absolutely horrible accountant. She is completely incompetent, atrociously rude, and entirely unprofessional. It seems like they just hire anyone to work here. She is not only incoherent when it comes to her job, but she is so impolite, crude, and insulting that it borders on abusive behavior. She doesn’t have time to answer any of your questions, and if she does she’ll make sure to belittle you and make you feel entirely ignorant while she’s does it. When you sign up with the CFO group they will give you a Menu of services for the year with costs. They also give you a welcome packet with fine print that says if they feel the need to do additional work for you they will do it and bill you (automatic withdrawl.) We were billed for additional services we did not authorize. Our friends who also use the service were also billed for additional work. Stay clear of them unless you want surprise fees.
