I've been a customer here for years. The rates are great, but the online banking platform is state-of-the-art 1993. Issues, issues and more issues. I only hope anyone attempting to access my account has as much trouble as I do. Until this bank seriously upgrades its online banking, I cannot recommend it. I simply do not have confidence in this bank. Note to management: take some of your profits and invest it in your clients' security.
