RecommendedI'm pretty shocked to see all the negative reviews. I've never had anything but good experiences so far. Their rates are very competitive, everyone I've dealt with has been polite and professional and they even paid the closing costs on my recent loan. I love their new ATMs where you can choose the denominations for your withdrawals.

This bank has gone against the SBA guidelines for receiving EIDL loans. SBA allows sole proprietors to apply for loans with a personal checking account. They locked our account and denied access to funds during a pandemic. Instantly treated us like criminals! If anyone has had any issues with bank please go to www.flofr.com and file a complaint. The rep told me today this bank is receiving a ton of complaints

When you don’t have the proper amount in your accounts they take money from you. Since the covid crisis they have taken money from my account every month. They do not offer any assistance so now I owe them money for not having money. If you love to throw your money away this is the place to go.
absolutely not ! not professional and very rude when I called to address a problem - an error on THEIR behalf they deposited a direct deposit check that was supposed to be deposited into my account into someone else's account!!!! their mistake and rules are so ridiculous , they truly believe they are at liberty to change account numbers and do what ever they want to with my accounts without even consulting with me ! . this banking experience has been the worst ! never again.
