Forty-five minutes and still waiting just to get in my safety deposit box. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I'm ready to close my account after being a member for 27-years. This is not the first time this has happened The Apopka Branch is so poorly managed
they have taken funds from me they use different ways to fine you and take your money you can never get the help you need horrible bank even to close the account is an issue
I only go here because it’s shared banking with my credit union they are awful I can’t use the drive through because I’m not there member but they only have one teller working on a Friday afternoon
