My mom and I had a fabulous experience with Brandon yesterday at the Orange City Branch. We had been to several banks before Addition transferring information because of the death of my father. Addition and Brandon was by far the best experience we had!
Brandon D. was super helpful and the process of opening a new account took less than 30 min. He was knowledgeable on the different options and gave me the best choice for my needs.
I came in for help with a loan and was helped by Brandon. While helping me process the loan he also noticed that he could upgrade my account which would give me added perks at no cost but helped with loan rates. He worked out the projections of payments for different amounts and gave me a soft work up before I committed. He was new to this side but what I admired most is that when he had a question he got help. He was working the teller side as well. Very pleasant young man. I will be back!
Brandon was so attentive to our situation and professional all the way. He took time to try different approaches to solve our problems with extreme patience and accuracy. #1 in customer satisfaction ‼️
