Addition financial is trash , went to borrow against my own money and was told it would take two days and they do a credit check to borrow against your own money then they raised the rates envision was much better for local people this bank is garbage now glad I opened a navy federal account smh
after being with this bank for over 10 years I was a victim of fraud and this bank did not a single thing to help, instead made me feel like it was my fault for it. 10 years not a single dispute, fraud anything and the one time I needed my banks support they make me feel as if it's my fault. I asked to speak to someone to further understand the situation and got told the conversation will end here, translating to me they don't care and it was very clear they could care less. you'd have better luck and trust giving your money... read more
