This organization is completely inept at handling mortgages. I don't understand how they are still in business. They completely mishandled my mortgage, including putting incorrect information on the mortgage agreement, mishandled payments, mishandled my insurance papers multiple times, refused to send my abstract to me via any of the many secure methods of sending it. I will be seeking a mortgage with a different organization.

This credit union as a whole is BS! I plan to report them to everyone I can. Ben, one of the managers at the main branch refused my business account due to *********** which I explained one of the reasons I was in there is because I got scammed by sending money via my old bank and didn’t know it was a scammer and I thought my bank would cover me if I ever got scammed and they did not so that is why I have ***********. I was a member of CFCU for approximately 15 years. Recently I ordered a new debit card to replace a lost card. I used the card to make some back to school purchases. I later that night checked my account to see that it was overdrawn. I mistakenly used the card without making a transfer. Shopping with two young children tend to make a Mom’s brain frazzled! This Company is a SHAM! If i could i would rate this Company Zero Stars, Their Organizational Status is so bad they they nearly lost a $12,000 Check On an Insurance Cash Buyout After and Accident That Happened This Year (2018) They said they never had it until one they they found it in their junk pile somewhere in their area of their location where the check was located. They have repeatedly messed up the transfers on my car payments. I talked to the vice president of loan services on the phone to fix the problem only to find out a few months later that the problem persisted. Their web page is so bare bones that it is impossible to understand what is actually going on with your loan. Customer service is only available during office hours, but they are knowledgeable and helpful when you can get them.
