Just stopped in and caught them closing up the store. Lost a screw on our shifter and they had one in their tool box to get us back going! Great guys!!
I'm a new Farmers Branch resident and I was looking for a simple bike tune. I really want to like this place since so close, but they have weak customer service and lack of transparency online. Google hours indicate closed on Sundays but their website says open, so I took the risk anyway (own website should supersede Google... right?) and they were closed. Waste of time. Walked into the shop today with the Aventure 3 in mind. Wasn’t sure if I should get the step through or step-over. Chris was warm and welcoming as we entered the shop. He provided excellent customer service and let us test ride both versions outside, so I could really get the full experience of the 20 mph throttle. It was super awesome. I had the best experience buying an Aventon Level 2 e-bike from CFB Bike Shop, Chris is really helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the bike I was buying. He gave me a free $150 helmet and delivered my 60lbs electric bike to my house for free! This will be my bike shop for all my bike needs.
