I called today to ask if they fix e-bikes and I call 2 times because I tought the first time there signal went off or something I called again to ask the same question and they hung up on me if you guys need your ebike fix don’t waste your time with this store bad customer service
Brought my bike tube in to see if they could check for a leak and possible patch. Upon walking in, as I’m walking to the counter, I greet them and ask for assistance. No response. Just a few seconds of awkward silence and stares followed by a “no mechanic, go somewhere else”. I would say there was a lack of customer service, but there was none at all. They were just very rude and dismissive.
