Great place to go through to get a car they have worked with me anytime I wasn't able to pay my car payment!!!! not once has my car got cut off due to being late on a payment or getting behind on a payment!! great place that's all I can say!!! And great people!!!!
Horrific business, will hold debt for years and years not serve you court documents then just start garnishing your wage 20 years later! Bridgette has to be one of the RUDEST HUMANS I have EVER felt with and I’m in customer service……, disgusting business practices. Been paying on a car for 2.5 years at 500 dollars a month, and the amount due has barely changed. Mind you, ive made every payment, no less than a few days after due date. Never in lieu of repossession or anything. So. Be wary. They are horrible. You will never pay off this debt truly. At least not by the time the car is worth anything else. Truly sad cycle. The Shelors are GrEaT pEoPlE! That last park is a joke.
If I could give them 0 stars I would . After week conversation with the sales team I drove 2 hours to buy a car once I arrived I was informed that I don’t qualify after running my credit report 6 times . Once I was denied I was told the best thing to do is buy a moped . Definitely a waste of time with rude sales people that feel you full of lies
I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I was repeatedly given cars that had serious issues, and the replacement car they provided went into limp mode multiple times, making it unsafe to drive. When I returned the vehicle due to these safety concerns, they are now claiming it was an involuntary repossession, which is completely false.
