If I could give them 0 stars I would . After week conversation with the sales team I drove 2 hours to buy a car once I arrived I was informed that I don’t qualify after running my credit report 6 times . Once I was denied I was told the best thing to do is buy a moped . Definitely a waste of time with rude sales people that feel you full of lies
I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I was repeatedly given cars that had serious issues, and the replacement car they provided went into limp mode multiple times, making it unsafe to drive. When I returned the vehicle due to these safety concerns, they are now claiming it was an involuntary repossession, which is completely false. My car was totaled in August & of course gap and insurance didn’t cover everything. I get a letter in the mail today with a court date for a warrant in debt. No one has contacted me to even try to work out an arrangement or anything regarding the balance no email or anything. And it’s such a petty amount as well. However my husband owed about 5,000 with his vehicle and they never took him to court.
