My car was totaled in August & of course gap and insurance didn’t cover everything. I get a letter in the mail today with a court date for a warrant in debt. No one has contacted me to even try to work out an arrangement or anything regarding the balance no email or anything. And it’s such a petty amount as well. I financed through this company and not to mention that after a year and half of payments my amount due never dropped a cent. Then I totaled my vehicle on Christmas eve. BASICALLY costing me everything and when I told them im waiting on insurance and that it would be taken care of , they not only continued to harass me and make threats about me being liable for the entire amount due. CFA capital has a lot of hidden terms and surprises when you go through them that you don’t find out about until after you already waste your day trying to get financing. After the car is paid off which is thankfully less than 3 years from now, I won’t ever work with them again and I am going to make sure to let friends and family no not to either.
Good until your car gets totaled from an accident that wasn’t your fault. Car was paid off early paid full balance as if I had the car for 4yrs. Hard time submitting information with their customer service. They are rude and unprofessional most of the time.
The people there are so helpful and understanding. They truly care about their customers. They are willing to try in all ways to make sure you are treated with respect and niceness. Would recommend to anyone and everyone
