Parking elevators didn't work. No signage for alternative entrance, especially for strollers and wheelchairs. Parking payment is very complicated and confusing for many people.
Generally speaking I love Rideau, it’s near our house and has many mid range brands. The only problem is that staff don’t clean it very well specially during busy hours. Dining hall is almost always dirty. I am surprised how in the middle of the capital it’s so normal for a shopping mall to be this insanitary!
