You can tell they both care for their customers and the customer experience and I'm happy to update this review to reflect this. Would have loved to support this company but felt completely blindsided when they sold a furniture piece after we had already committed to purchasing. Don't offer your customers the option to purchase through informal methods like Instagram if you're not committed to honoring those channels - it's unprofessional and feels like you're giving preferential treatment to designers for a piece that is open to public sales. Edit to add that the apology I received was "Sorry, it's a dog eat dog world". This came across very disrespe... read more
