This branch has went down hill drastically in the past 6 months. They use to be for the people and that no longer applies. After being a loyal customer for over 15yrs my husband and I will be looking for a new bank. Had nothing but issues with them for weeks now involving his account. One thing after another. This week money was missing, a whole deposit which was made with a teller, after several attempts to call with no answer to arrive at bank with absolutely NO customers there supposedly it was a service error..um yea ok.... read more
The atmosphere of this location is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help. I recommend them to anyone who wants to bank somewhere that has their best interest at heart.
Friendly, down-to-earth staff. Not your typical bank and better for it.
Unprofessional staff Doesnt know what a Social Security Administration check is - couldn't open account as "system was down"& I said I would wait for system to come back up but was told to leave & they will call me. Received phone call from manager they are declining to open anaccount for me. Worked out at Wells Fargo and received a $300 bonus for opening account. Strange bank.
