C&F in general is a very customer centric bank that has a culture of valuing each customer and making banking easy. This branch in particular has a great team who are friendly, professional and helpful. Even though they are a smaller branch, I have been able to complete complex transactions without any issues.
I have been banking with C&F for almost a decade. Great experience with this bank and its staff. Their customer service is very helpful.
