Online banking, telephone banking nothing works and my transaction is getting declined. I’m over it counting down the hours till I close my account
Refused to allow me to open a checking account due to me telling them i would be depositing many money orders. Their "preferred savings" rates are 1.5-2% points worse than bigger banks. This is a bank for those who prefer a smiling face, in lieu of actually good benefits and interest rates. This is not a bank for those are are financially literate.
Always friendly and helpful. I have been dealing with the Brandermill Branch and have no intention of switching. Great employees !!
I want to give a special thanks to Mr Dixion and Mrs Humphreys , I was in distress today , with getting my Will notarized , my vehicle alternator failed , so I walked to bank , called and told them I was walking as fast as I could and under 288 overpass at 4 58 . Mr Dixon went out of his way to help me when I arrived a few minutes after closing and Mrs Humphreys .
