I love this bank Emily Turner and I love how they put their customers first before anything else and the staff James, Gina, Alex, and Jeremiah and Teresa and Nate are the best and Emily is a hardworking lady always gets the job done and just love them
Working with Emily Turner was such a great experience. She made the mortgage process feel simple and manageable, was always quick to respond, and incredibly thorough throughout.
What is the point of having the Branch on Alverser Dr? No managers. Never staffed. Can't answer the phones. All they tell you is they are a training branch. Either supply the branch with the support staff it needs or just close and consolidate, better service is needed.
I just need to switch institutions at this point. Been a customer for a decade but things change. Notified Citizens annd Farmers about a billion times about an address change, and about a billion times to get a new debit card ordered. Yet to see any changes. Customer service is just awful can’t understand the agent half the time, and store hours are absurd now, other people work 9-5 too.
