Twice I’ve used this company dreadful communication damaged car. They didn’t help me. Now my son just paid $2,700 to bring his his RC2 from Sydney to Brisbane they couldn’t bring up as they couldn’t get it on the truck . Wouldn’t answer emails no retire had to fly to Sydney and bring it himself. Don’t ever use them . They don’t deserve one star worst car transportation I. Australia
Im not the sort of person to complain or leave reviews but the after sale service ive had here has been atrocious. Especially given the $2550+ price tag I've already prepaid. I booked the car I'd bought to be picked up for a PM booking as I was flying up from hobart this morning to be there for the handover. Drivers are absolutely horrid on the road, they must hire any bloke on the street accepting low wages. Tried calling 10 different times and numbers I was given, all to never even find someone even related to the transport side of things. The people I did speak to didn’t seem to have a care in the world about my complaints. I’m not usually one to write a review or even call up about a complaint on the road which should show how much of a joke this company is.
