Car made it from Adelaide to Darwin in record time with no scratches! The tracking online portal was always up to date and staff were lovely to deal with. I had a good experience with Ceva and will use them again.
Very disappointing experience with CEVA. I booked my interstate vehicle transport based on the total amount shown on their website. Later, I was advised that the motorbike was not included/rated in the booking, even though I had made my decision based on the website calculation. By that stage, I had very limited time left before moving interstate, which left me with no practical option. Great experience several years ago when they delivered my car to Melbourne. I was worried that the belongings packed in my boot would slightly exceed the weight limit. When dropping off in a deluge, staff assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Highly recommend CEVA's car transportation service over The Ghan whose customer service department was disorganised.
Sent a car to Darwin with Ceva but that ended up being a huge mistake. I complied with their request to deliver the vehicle to the Adelaide office on 21 November for pickup in Darwin on 9 December. Should have been enough time to get the vehicle there. The vehicle didn’t arrive but that was not the only problem. Contacting the Darwin office was almost impossible. They use a call centre and the phone “rang out” multiple times but when I got through the staff were difficult to understand and didn’t seem interested in being of ... read more
