CEVA Darwin was excellent, the staff member I dealt with was exceptional and went beyond expectations.
Utterly disgraceful company. Our Cars were delivered late with no communication. The first car arrived with the drivers door handle ripped off and the pieces left inside. After waiting two weeks for a response we got the below today. On review, the damage appears to be age related/wear and tear. As vehicle interiors are not surveyed or covered under transport warranty, this claim has been rejected.
