Poor, poor, poor, I paid for premium service with insurance and I received poor service with a damaged vehicle with no insurance cover. they admitted to damaging the car, they admitted to doing wrong and they done nothing. I had to pay for a 3rd party to repair my car on their site so it could be transported to me in Vic. When it arrived they threw me my keys and nothing, I had a damaged car with out of pocket costs and no remedy, all the while paying premium service and in the end not being allowed to claim the insurance th... read more
i had my car transported from melbourne to perth using CEVA. Their door to door service was excellent. car arrived safely and ahead of schedule. Also their online car tracking site was excellent to get updates while the car was in transit. I would use their services again anytime.
Definitely worth the overall 3 star review. I collected a motorcycle a few weeks ago that was missing parts. Was told they were found and on the way. All efforts to contact via the phone number provided are going nowhere. Looks like another drive to Perth to try do it in person. 3 times now I've drove to try get this sorted. Shocking service as the parts are very rare and expensive. Don't use these guys if your vehicle has value.
Booked through Grace removals Darwin for door to door service. Car collected 27.3.25. Sat at Darwin depot until 10.4.25.Arrived at Perth depot early morning on 14.4.25. Rang to see when car would be delivered and told not until following Tuesday 22nd but I could collect it if I couldn't wait another week. To save another weeks car hire I decided to collect it.
