Poor customer service not transparent on when my car will arrive resulting in me having to extend hire car for long period. Wouldn’t recommend.
Shipped a car from Newcastle, NSW to Perth, WA. Good price and went with CEVA based on very good reviews for shipping across the country. Got quoted 40days +/-10days for the trip. Car was delivered in excellent condition in Perth in 12 days, simply awesome. Very good communications from start to end, excellent pick-up arrangements with the driver out of Newcastle and prompt update on arrival in Perth, as well as live updates on the ‘car tracker’. Great to deal with, car arrived as it left. Communication was fantastic and arrived on time.
So far, not great. Trying to get a motorbike transferred from Ballarat VIC to Perth Depot and cant seem to get a hold of anyone from any site to get an update as to why it isnt moving or being backloaded. Ceva have had it sitting in their yard for over 4 weeks and It hasn't even been booked on a service. Bike Logistics had it collected next day after booking and that's it. CEVA so far have done nothing. They are still not responding to emails and the call centre seems to be based overseas, as they couldn't even provide me a ... read more
