Great to deal with, car arrived as it left. Communication was fantastic and arrived on time.
So far, not great. Trying to get a motorbike transferred from Ballarat VIC to Perth Depot and cant seem to get a hold of anyone from any site to get an update as to why it isnt moving or being backloaded. Ceva have had it sitting in their yard for over 4 weeks and It hasn't even been booked on a service. Bike Logistics had it collected next day after booking and that's it. Meet the people and make your own call. Had my vehicle transported from Perth to Sydney. Excellent work told me a time frame and delivered with updates on it. The English receptionist was cute definitely would take her on date if I was living in WA.
The delivery of my car was scheduled much later, but after talking to CEVA, they did everything they could to ensure it arrived on time and in good condition. Customer service took great care of my situation and did everything they could to satisfy me. Very good, and I am delighted.
