Horrible delivery drivers rude service all around. Would give no stars if could.
Poor customer service not transparent on when my car will arrive resulting in me having to extend hire car for long period. Wouldn’t recommend.
Shipped a car from Newcastle, NSW to Perth, WA. Good price and went with CEVA based on very good reviews for shipping across the country. Got quoted 40days +/-10days for the trip. Car was delivered in excellent condition in Perth in 12 days, simply awesome. Very good communications from start to end, excellent pick-up arrangements with the driver out of Newcastle and prompt update on arrival in Perth, as well as live updates on the ‘car tracker’.
