From the moment this shipment fell into CEVA Logistics’ hands, it’s been a masterclass in incompetence. I never chose them, but I’ve been stuck dealing with their mess. Terrible service. Impossible to reach. They have had my items for weeks and can’t get it delivered. How is this possible and why does any company work with them
I would give you ZERO. Always delays, no customer service. Not sure how your company didn't bankrupt as of today.
