I’ll be honest — I was nervous after reading some of the reviews on here. I ordered a TV for the big game, and the notification and delivery setup process went very smoothly. On the day of delivery, my item did arrive outside the scheduled window, but we’d had bad weather the night before, so delays made sense. If I could do less then 1 star I would. Planned day around 4 hr delivery window. Never showed, status showed as "delivered" through tracking. When I called the number after very long hold, and multiple dropped calls on their end, they said delivery was "attempted". They never actually attempted. I was also told that calls get automatically dropped after 20min of hold....which seems like a very odd standard practice. Avoid at all costs.

This is absolutely the worst logistics company I have encountered thus far , no common sense, lack of communication skills and no ability to operate within a set schedule, they wasted my time, energy and extra fuel used to be prepared for the delivery of my equipment. I will NOT recommend the use of this company!

Awful. All the issues you see in the reviews I have had to deal with. Lies on top of lies just to get customers off the phone and not actually having any information.

Working with Mary Anne to schedule the delivery was a thoroughly pleasant experience, and the company was very amenable to certain particularities of our delivery situation. No issues.
