Am getting frustrated with this company three times I had to change my delivery because always a delay if I don’t get my package today or tomarrow am gonna cancel the shipment with these company they suck never can talk to real people
Neither the 800 or 617 phone numbers worked for over 2 weeks. They supposedly called me to drop off a package but I could not find a valid number for a missed call on my phone nor was a message left. Since I couldn't call them and there were no follow up calls to me, I drove my truck to the Peabody MA location reported on their website to pick up my package. Atrocious company. You simply cannot call these folks to schedule a delivery, their phone has been "busy" for over a week. The corporate office has admitted they have issues reaching this branch and that the best way to get my package is to escalate with them. Well, that also didn't seem to work. I can see movement on my delivery via the website, but even then it doesn't make sense. They never answer the phone and they never delivered the product
Ordered furniture out of state and they forgot half of our order. Took about 2 weeks of communicating with the company I had ordered from to figure out where our furniture pieces were. Turns out they left them on a pallet and forgot to deliver the rest of our items. About two weeks later we finally get our dining table and the box came absolutely destroyed and a huge chunk was taken out of our table.
