This carrier is a joke. Took time off from work to be home for delivery. I was told someone had to be home at delivery. Window was 2-6 pm. Supposed to give a 30 minute call ahead. Radio silence from driver. Woke up he next morning to find driver arrived at 7:57 pm. Never rang doorbell. He left my 104 lb package outside in the rain all night. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misery to deal with in my life. They don't answer the phone, they don't call to set up delivery. They held the item at their Boston location for 6 days. They said they initiated a delivery attempt. This was an absolute lie and they never called and I was home the entire day until they changed the status of the delivery. I call the company that hired them to ship and they were gracious enough to cancel the item and offer me a full refund. They sent a message to Ceva to retu... read more
Worst company on earth. After a terrible experience of not reaching anyone in my local market, having the rudest delivery driver, I was not surprised to see that their highest review is 2/5 stars. It doesn’t seem like a single person has had a positive experience with them - save yourself the time and money and use quite literally anyone else.
Shipping services are sub-par. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone at local distribution hubs if you can contact them at all. Due to where I live in Northern Rhode island I am not allowed to schedule delivery online and was made to call it in. After 2 hours of being on hold I was able to make my appointment. The woman on the phone explained that also due to where I live they do not give normal 4 hour service windows, they did let me know that I would receive a phone call an hour before the driver arrived though.
