Personally, I love my credit union (Loudonville location). People are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact we have a drive up automated teller machine. Cash is always available, online banking is fast and easy. I do not understand anyone having problems with the credit union. I used to belong to a CU in Michigan and loved it also. ***
I took over the Treasurers position for a fraternal organization and they have their accounts with CES. Since working with these people at CES I've had nothing but problems never experienced with ***** **** or ***** *****. Their policies and procedures, at least at the Chestnut office, are archaine if not **** to say the least.
